Lagrangian point-1 is the place where the gravitational force of Sun and Earth is equal. You will get 1,440 images of Surya every day The VELC instrument on board Aditya L1 will transmit 1440 images of the Sun to Earth every day-24 hours. One image of the sun will be available every minute. ISRO scientists will study all these images of the Sun in depth to get basic information about the mysterious and terrifying activities taking place in the Sun. Main objective of Aditya L1 mission The mission will study weather dynamics, the temperature of the Sun, the effect of ultraviolet rays on Earth and the ozone layer. Scientists believe that the accuracy of weather forecasting will also increase by studying the sun. This will help in creating a system through which storm information can be obtained immediately and alerts can be issued. The Solar Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope (SUIT), the core instrument for the Aditya L1 mission, has been developed by the Pune-based Inter-University Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA).
